Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale is an American professional player for the Dallas Wings of the Women's National Basketball Association. She played basketball in college for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The Wings selected her as the fifth selection of this year's WNBA. Arike Ogunbowale's father and mother Yolanda Ogunbowale and Gregory Ogunbowale were born March 2nd 1997 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Mario Ogunbowale (26) and Dare Ogunbowale(20) are two of her brothers. Her parents spoilt her the most due to her being the most young. Gregory was an Nigerian Army officer for a long duration. Ogunbowale has a very active family. Her mother Yolanda was a softball player at DePaul while her brother Dare was a footballer. Her aunt played volleyball at UAPB and her cousin Endia Oliver also plays volleyball at Tennessee State. Ogunbowale is in the school's honor roll for three consecutive years. The high school she attended brought her fame as well as fame. Arike completed her high school graduation at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School situated in her home town.
